Is Gobal warming a swindle? Certainly not.

I watched a film call "The great global warming swindle". It didn't belive that the Global warming is real! But if you R familiar with natural sciences N watch it seriously, U'll find there R many place doesn't pass.
This is what it tells about:

The Great Global Warming Swindle

The ice is melting. The sea is rising. Hurricanes are blowing. And it’s all your fault. Scared? Don’t be. It’s not true. Image that we live in an age of reason and global warming alarm is dressed up of science, but it’s not science, it’s propaganda. There is no direct evidence which links 20th century global warming to anthropogenic greenhouse gases. We’ve just been told lies that’s what it comes down to. We can’t say that CO2will drive climate it certainly never did in the past. If the CO2 increases in the atmosphere as a greenhouse gas then the temperature will grow up, but the ice core records show exactly the opposite. So the fundamental assumption, the EMO’s fundamental assumption of the whole theory of climate change due to humans is shown to be wrong. The whole thing stinks. Man-made global warming is no longer just a theory about climate. It is the defining moral and political cause of our age. Campaignists say the time for debate is over. Any criticism, how scientifically rigorous? It is illegitimate; even worse, dangerous. But in this film, it will be shown that the Earth’s climate is always changing. But there’s nothing unusual about the current temperature, and the scientific evidence does not support the notion the climate is driven by CO2, man-made or otherwise. Everywhere you are told that man-made climate change is proved beyond doubt, but you are being told lies.

  Professor Tim Ball
When people say we don’t believe in global warming, I say no, I believe in global warming, I don’t believe that human CO2 is causing that warming. A few years ago, if you’ve asked me, I would tell you it’s CO2. Why? Because just like everyone else in the public. I listen to what the media have to say.
Each day, the news reports grow more fantastically apocalyptic. There is such intolerance of any dissenting voice. Some of the worst climate criminals on the planet. This is the most politically incorrect thing possible is to doubt this climate change orthodoxy. Climate change has gone beyond politics. It is a new kind of morality.
  Professor Lan Clark
If we look at climate from the geological timeframe, we would never suspect as a major climate driver.
None of the major climate changes in the last thousand years can be explained by CO2.
We can’t say that CO2 will drive climate. It surely never did in the past.
I’ve often heard it’s said that there is a consensus of thousands of scientists on the global warming issue and that humans are causing catastrophic changes in the climate system. Well, I am one scientist and there many that simply think that is not true. Man-made global warming is no ordinary scientific theory.
But that, whenever you hear that is science, that’s pure propaganda. This is the story about how a climate turned into a political ideology. I don’t even like to call it the environmental movement anymore, because really it is a political activist movement, and they have become hugely influential at a global level We can’t say that CO2 will drive climate. It surely never did in the past.
I’ve often heard it’s said that there is a consensus of thousands of scientists on the global warming issue and that humans are causing catastrophic changes in the climate system. Well, I am one scientist and there many that simply think that is not true. Man-made global warming is no ordinary sciIt is the story of the distortion of a whole area of science. Climate scientists need there to be problem in order to get funding. We have a vested interest in creating panic because then, money will flow to climate science. There is one thing you shouldn’t say and that is: that might not be a proble.

One clear thing that emerges from the all environmental debate is the point that there’s somebody keen to kill the African dream. And the African dream is to develop. The environmental movement has evolved into the strongest force there is for preventing development in the developing countries. The global warming story is the cautionary tale of how a media scare became the defining idea of a generation. The whole global warming business has become like a religion and people who disagree are called heretics. The makers of this program are all heretics.
In 2005, a House of Lords enquiry was setup to examine the scientific evidence of man-made global warming. We had a very very thorough varied took evidence from a whole lot of people expert in this area and produced a report. What surprised me was to discover how weak and uncertain the science was. In fact, there are more and more thoughtful people, some of them a little bit frightened to come out in the open, but who quietly privately and some of them publicly are saying: “Hang on, wait a minute: this simply doesn’t add up” We are told that the earth’s climate is changing: but the earth climate is always changing! In Earth’s long history, there have been countless periods when it was much warmer and much cooler than it is today when much of the world was covered by tropical forests or else vast ice sheets. The climate has always changed, and changed without and help from us, humans.

" The Great Global Warming Swindle" is just a swindle!

Introduce documentary

What is a documentary film
A documentary film is a movie that attempts, in some way, to document reality. Even though the scenes are carefully chosen and arranged, they are not scripted, and the people in a documentary film are not actors. Sometimes, a documentary film may rely on voice-over narration to describe what is happening in the footage; in other films, the footage will speak for itself. Often, a documentary film will include interviews with the people in the film.

The BBC documentary

The National Geographic

There photos are always beautiful and real.

The content of BBC and National geographic is very comprehensive. They talk about animals,news,enviorment,history,natural,music,science,space,travel,cultures...And they present them in many different kinds of forms such as videos, magazines or even maps! That's what you call "professional".
Now I introduce them to you formally.

I used the film media as a way to spotlight environmental issues. I need people know what they have to notice. We must do something to protect our planet--Earth, the home we live by.That's Y I recommend these films.

Synopsis
In 200,000 years on Earth, humanity has upset the balance of the planet, established by nearly four billion years of evolution. The price to pay is high, but it is too late to be a pessimist: humanity has barely ten years to reverse the trend, become aware of the full extent of its spoliation of the Earth's riches and change its patterns of consumption.

A hymn for the planet
HOME is an ode to the planet's beauty and its delicate harmony. Through the landscapes of 54 countries captured from above, Yann Arthus-Bertrand takes us on an unique journey all around the planet, to contemplate it and to understand it. But HOME is more than a documentary with a message, it is a magnificent movie in its own right. Every breathtaking shot shows the Earth - our Earth - as we have never seen it before. Every image shows the Earth's treasures we are destroying and all the wonders we can still preserve. "From the sky, there's less need for explanations". Our vision becomes more immediate, intuitive and emotional. HOME has an impact on anyone who sees it. It awakens in us the awareness that is needed to change the way we see the world.

A People's Project
By bringing us unique footage from the Earth and sharing with us his wonder and his concern, Yann Arthus-Bertrand lays a foundation stone for the world that, together, we must rebuild. The film HOME intends to shift people's perceptions, to make us aware of the tectonic movements at work and to incite us to act.
We have a greater impact on the Earth than it can bear. We over-consume and are depleting the Earth's resources. From the air, it is easy to see the Earth's wounds. HOME simply sets out our current situation, while saying that a solution exists. The film's subtitle could be "It's Too Late To Be A Pessimist". We have reached a crossroads; important decisions must be taken to change our world. Everybody knows about what the film says, but nobody wants to believe it. So HOME adds its weight to the argument of environmental organizations that we need a common sense approach to change our consumerist way of life.

On June 5th
More than a movie, HOME will be a major event around the globe: for the first time ever, a film will be released on the same day in over 50 countries.
June 5th 2009, World Environment Day has been chosen as the highly symbolic date for this simultaneous, and free of charge, release on every format: movie theatre, TV, DVD and Internet. The aim of director Yann Arthus-Bertrand, distributor Luc Besson and François-Henri Pinault, chairman and CEO of PPR, the film's official sponsor, is to reach the widest possible audience, and to convince us all of our individual and collective responsibility towards the planet.

Six degrees could change the world

A new show on the National Geographic Channel is promoting its new show -- "6° Could Change the World" -- by appealing directly to that part of us that wants to be around to see it happen. The show will attempt to go degree by degree, showing us the destruction that could occur across 5 continents if climate change accelerates. Some might call it sensationalist -- and it's definitely that -- but you can't really blame the producers for giving us exactly what we want.
While, I'm still holding out for the real thing, thank God for the media that will dramatize all of our potential extinctions -- in case we're not around for the real deal.

You know about six degrees of separation. But what about six degrees to extinction?
Scientists predict that global temperatures will rise by between one and six degrees over the course of this century and author Mark Lynas paints a chilling, degree-by- degree picture of the devastation likely to ensue unless we act now.
A new show on National Geographic Channel, "Six Degrees Could Change the World" narrated by Alec Baldwin, investigates the startling
theory that earth average temperature could rise six degrees Celsius by the year 2100.

"Six Degrees Could Change the World" explores the potential impacts of global warming degree-by-degree through six degrees over the next
hundred years. Filmed on five continents, the program tracks the world's top climate researchers and follows ranchers, photographers, and everyday people to uncover climate trends.
Utilizing cutting-edge CGI and hard-hitting scientific data, the HD special will reveal how each potential degree affects us on all levels ?from the bottom of our deepest oceans to the tops of our highest mountains.

Enviorment films 1

I found these films N information on the internet. I think these films R great N they blew me away. We should really think about it: What will happen if we don't realise and attach importance to our environmental issues? From these films, U'll know that the results R terribly terrible. Please watch it N B a fighter agains pollution. This is serios.

AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH
Humanity is sitting on a ticking time bomb. If the vast majority of the world's scientists are right, we have just ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather, floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we have ever experienced.
If that sounds like a recipe for serious gloom and doom -- think again. From director Davis Guggenheim comes the Sundance Film Festival hit, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH, which offers a passionate and inspirational look at one man's fervent crusade to halt global warming's deadly progress in its tracks by exposing the myths and misconceptions that surround it. In this eye-opening and poignant portrait of Gore and his "traveling global warming show,"

With wit, smarts and hope, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH ultimately brings home Gore's persuasive argument that we can no longer afford to view global warming as a political issue - rather, it is the biggest moral challenges facing our global civilization.
